- Familiarity with heavy manufacturing or concrete-related production.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety and the ability to enforce procedures consistently.
- Ability to organize production priorities, solve problems, and keep work on schedule.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work a schedule generally beginning at 6:00 a.m. and continuing through approximately 4:00 p.m.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work on your feet for extended periods.

- Working knowledge of concrete production processes.
- Associate degree or relevant technical education.
- Experience managing inventory, production reporting, and continuous-improvement efforts.
- Experience helping a growing manufacturer introduce stronger processes and accountability.
- Familiarity with OSHA requirements in a heavy industrial or construction environment.
Our Client Offers:

- Medical and dental insurance.

- Employer contributions toward employee healthcare premiums.
- Biweekly pay.
- A consistent daytime production schedule.
- Modern equipment and support from an experienced leadership team.
- A visible role within a rapidly growing operation.
- The opportunity to lead an established crew and influence developing production processes.
- A fast-paced, close-knit, and family-friendly work environment.
- A planned 401(k) program beginning in 2027.
