Production Manager

Oversee production processes to meet quality, schedule, and budget goals, acting as a liaison between workers and management. Fill in positions where needed on the day-to-day operation.

Kitchen Manager & Food Service Director

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting in the production of daily food preparations to increase quality and production capacity
• Ensuring all products are correctly labeled and stored throughout the entire production process
• Perform product quality control checks
• Assistance in maintaining inventory counts and restocking materials as needed.
• Adhering to all safety and hygiene regulations and procedures
• Assisting in the management and scheduling of foodservice employees
• Liaising with other managers to formulate strategic objectives, maintain budgets, and promote efficient workflows for all employees.

Dates of Employment

• December to mid-April

• 7AM-3PM l 10AM-5PM

• Kitchen/Managerial experience preferred

• Friendly and appropriate customer interaction is important

• Flexible work availability for weekends and holiday weeks

• Able to lift and carry 25-50 lbs, stand for long periods of time

• Serve safe/ Allergen Certified, familiar with food safety standards

• Leadership and problem-solving skills
