The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Production Manager who takes pride in their work and enjoys leading people.
This isn’t a desk job. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role for someone who enjoys being out in the field, solving problems, building relationships, and making sure every project meets the standards our customers have come to expect.
You’ll be working directly with homeowners, painting crews, and our internal team to ensure projects run smoothly from beginning to end.
