Production Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated Shop Manager to join Limitless Prints. As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the shop's operations, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Oversee all shop operations, including production scheduling, inventory management, and quality control

Manage a team of printing technicians, providing guidance, training, and support

Coordinate and prioritize projects, ensuring that they are completed within established timelines

Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations

Monitor and optimize shop productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient processes

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for attracting and retaining clients

Maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials
