Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead end-to-end production operations, ensuring targets are met on quality, cost, and delivery
*Drive production planning, capacity utilization, and manpower management across the shop floor
*Ensure adherence to process parameters, quality standards, and manufacturing SOPs
*Identify and implement process improvements to reduce rejections, downtime, and manufacturing costs
*Lead, mentor, and manage the production team, including shift operations and daily performance reviews
*Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, PPC, NPD, and Tool Room teams for smooth production flow
*Drive productivity improvement, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives
*Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements on the shop floor
*Prepare and review production MIS, performance reports, and monthly plans
