Production Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:

Our Shepparton site has had two big years. With new capital investment in our Bleach and Liquids plants and more shifts being added, we're now looking for a Production Manager to lead our shop floor through its next stage of growth.

This is a brand-new role, created because the site is growing. You'll be one of the most visible leaders on site.

• Lead and develop three Production Supervisors across our plants and a three-shift operation, with support from a production admin team
• Own and keep tight control of labour, materials and operating costs
• Lead lean and continuous improvement work with our Maintenance and Quality teams, finding and delivering the changes that lift performance
• Keep your team ready for audits at all times, meeting GMP, HACCP and ISO standards for our major grocery customers

What We’re Looking for:

• Demonstrated success in a production leadership role, with the confidence to get started quickly
• A strong lean and CI background, with a track record of improvements that delivered results
• Strong budget management skills and solid experience with compliance audits
