We are looking for an experienced Production Manager – EV Bikes to oversee the complete production process and ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality manufacturing of electric motorcycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and supervise daily EV bike production operations.
• Monitor production targets, manpower, workflow, and production schedules.
• Ensure quality standards and minimize production defects and wastage.
• Manage assembly, testing, and final inspection processes.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
• Monitor raw materials, components, and inventory required for production.
• Identify production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize processes.
• Maintain production records and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in production/manufacturing, preferably in EV bikes, motorcycles, automotive, or electrical assembly.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
• Good knowledge of production planning, quality control, and manufacturing processes.
