As a Production Manager (Manufacturing), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• To lead a team of production staff to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Monitor and drive daily KPI performance across key areas, including output, quality, cost, cycle time, and productivity.
• Continuously improve processes and develop actionable plans to achieve performance targets.
• Implement targeted training programs to enhance the team’s skills, knowledge, and overall capabilities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanroom cleanliness, housekeeping, and operator discipline across the production line.

Requirements:

• Posses a Diploma in related fields with min 5 years of production management experience.
