What they need
Ensure production targets, GMP compliance, yield, productivity & machine utilization
Manage end-to-end tablet manufacturing – granulation, blending, compression & inspection
Handle BMR/BPR, SOPs, deviations, CAPA, change controls & documentation
Required Candidate profile
Lead manpower management and coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering & Planning
Experience in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing
