Production Manager-Scrum master

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of digital products. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product vision and strategy, understanding customer needs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Gather and analyze customer and stakeholder requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Define product goals, features, and success metrics.
• Work closely with development, UX/UI, QA, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical considerations.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure products are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
• Support Agile/Scrum teams and participate in relevant Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Strong experience in digital product management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to define and achieve product goals.
• Strong skills in analyzing customer needs and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of digital products and technology environments.
• Recognized certification in Product Management is required.
• Experience with Pega or enterprise technology platforms is an advantage.
