Production Manager (Semiconductor)

Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers, Cell Leaders, and Production Operators to deliver the company’s key performance targets and operational objectives.

Oversee daily production performance and ensure key KPIs are achieved, including output, quality, cost, cycle time, and productivity.

Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and develop effective action plans to close performance gaps.

Establish and implement training and development programs to enhance the technical skills, knowledge,and capabilities of team members.

Maintain high standards of cleanroom cleanliness, housekeeping, workplace discipline, and compliance across the production line.

Lead and motivate the teamto foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high erformance.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational performance.
