Role Overview

• Responsible for maintaining accurate production and inventory data and preparing routine MIS reports for management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect production data from machines, production supervisors, stores and other relevant sources.
• Enter and update production data in Excel/MIS/ERP systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports.
• Maintain records of production, raw material consumption, wastage, rejection and finished goods.
• Reconcile production and inventory records with physical stock periodically.
• Identify and report discrepancies in production or inventory data.
• Coordinate with production and stores teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Maintain organised and up-to-date records for management reporting.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel integrated with AI.
• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with routine data entry and reports.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Experience in plastic/flexible packaging will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
