Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end production orders from placement through final delivery, ensuring accurate tracking of manufacturing, inventory, and shipments.
• Maintain ERP records, production status, work-in-progress (WIP), and shipment tracking to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, prepare shipping documentation, and process goods receipts.
• Schedule product inspections and verify packing lists, manifests, invoices, and shipment quantities for accuracy.
• Partner with vendors, logistics providers, fulfillment centers, and internal teams to resolve shipment, inventory, and production issues.

Requirements

• College degree preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (Navision/Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
• Experience using Monday.com or similar project management software.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Adobe experience preferred.
