Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering field.
• Experience working within a manufacturing industry.
• Has a background in production processes, quality control, and manufacturing principles.
• Has a knowledge in data analysis, operational tracking, and technical reporting.
• Willing to work full-time on-site in Hermosa, Bataan

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily shop floor operations to hit production targets and project deadlines.
• Apply lean manufacturing practices to reduce material waste and downtime.
• Maintain strict quality control and safety standards across fabrication and assembly.
• Track production data and generate regular performance and efficiency reports.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to clear line bottlenecks and optimize resources.
