Production Operative

As a Production Operative, you will work closely with our existing team to prepare, package, and dispatch our high-quality nutritional gummies and capsules. Main Duties:

• Assisting with the manufacturing and production of gummy supplements
• Packing and preparing products for dispatch
• Labelling and quality checking products
• Assisting with stock management and stock counts
• General warehouse duties
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
• Following hygiene, health & safety and production procedures
• Manual handling and moving stock when required
• Providing general support across the production and warehouse areas
• Using computers for basic production, stock and administrative tasks

The Ideal Candidate:

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to work well as part of a small team
• Comfortable with manual handling/heavy lifting and being on your feet
• Computer literate
• Good attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions and procedures
• Willing to learn and take on new tasks
• Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Must have their own transport due to the location and working requirements

Previous experience within manufacturing, food production, supplements or warehouse environments would be beneficial but is not essential.
