About the role

We’re looking for a reliable, hands on Production Assistant to join our jewellery manufacturing team in Sheffield.

You’ll support day to day production, helping with laser cutting, electroplating, finishing and packing customer orders. This is a varied role where you’ll move between tasks depending on what the team needs.

Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, warehouse work or a similar practical role is preferred. No previous jewellery experience is required—full training will be provided.

  • Packing orders carefully and preparing them for dispatch.
  • Helping with stock, materials and general production tasks.
  • Following health and safety procedures, wearing the required PPE and using equipment and chemicals only as trained and authorised.
  • Completing required checks and documentation, and reporting hazards or equipment faults.
  • Keeping work areas clean, tidy and organised.

About you

  • Able to follow instructions and work consistently to agreed procedures.
  • Happy to move between different tasks and support colleagues.
  • Able to work independently once trained and as part of a team.

The role is normally Monday to Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm.

Occasional weekend working may be required during busy periods or to provide additional cover, with advance notice given.

What we offer
