Job Title: Production Operative (Part-time)

About the Role:

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Perform precision hand assembly, material handling, and preparation of production components following detailed written and visual instructions.
• Learn and operate specialized production tools and machinery according to safety and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct visual and dimensional checks on incoming and finished materials to ensure products meet strict customer tolerances and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to company cleanroom, safety, and operational guidelines.
• Participate in daily team huddles, communicate progress or material issues to department leads, and support team goals.

• Job Type: Part time, Hourly
• Schedule: Monday through Friday (day shift)
• Work Location: In-person (Meadville, PA)

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
