About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Production Operator / Batch Mixer to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Sydney's Inner West.This is a critical position within our compounding team. You will be solely responsible for weighing, dispensing, and blending raw materials according to strict formulations. This role offers a stable day shift (Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) and an excellent hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities

• Compounding & Mixing: Accurately weigh, blend, and mix chemical and raw materials based on precise batch documents.
• Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and clean industrial mixing tanks and production line equipment.
• GMP Compliance: Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards to ensure product quality and safety.
• Strict Selection Criteria
• EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 2+ years of solid experience in batch mixing/compounding specifically within a Pharmaceutical or Skincare/Cosmetics manufacturing plant.

Work Rights: Must have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
