Production Operator

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Perform assigned production tasks according to SOPs and supervisor instructions.

• Support manufacturing operations and workflow activities.

• Follow operational, safety, and quality procedures at all times.

• Maintain cleanliness and discipline within work areas.

• Support team activities and operational requirements.

• Escalate operational abnormalities or safety concerns immediately.

• Support productivity achievement and operational continuity activities.

• Participate in workplace improvement and safety awareness initiatives.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• SPM or equivalent qualification.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing environment and operational discipline is preferred.

• Willing to work in shift-based manufacturing operations.

• Able to follow SOPs, operational procedures, and safety requirements effectively.

• Demonstrate teamwork, discipline, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
