We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Production Operator to join our Supply Chain team in Auckland.
About the role
This is a hands-on manufacturing role working as part of our assembly team to produce, manufacture and assemble finished goods and subassembly components.
You will be involved in a range of production tasks, including filter media preparation, filter assembly, production order receipting, monitoring stock levels, and supporting wider production and warehouse operations as required.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- assembling finished goods and subassembly components
- using manual tools, power tools and manufacturing machinery
- preparing filter media, including pleating and cutting
- completing filter assembly to required quality and output standards
- accurately receipting production orders
- monitoring raw material and finished filter stock levels
- escalating stock requirements where needed
- supporting the HVAC team when required
- assisting with sheet metal fabrication, assembly, installation and repair tasks
- completing general production and warehousing duties to support the wider team
- working safely and following all health, safety and wellbeing procedures
About you
You do not need formal qualifications for this role, but you will need to be practical, reliable and comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.
You will ideally bring:
- strong attention to detail
- good time management skills
- a positive, can-do attitude
- willingness to learn and assist others
- initiative to identify issues or better ways of working
- confidence working with tools, machinery or production equipment
- a commitment to working safely
- good communication skills and a team-focused approach
Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production or trades-related experience would be helpful, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
Why join HRV?

You’ll be part of a business that values teamwork, safety, reliability and doing things properly.
