Production Operator

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily production and assembly operations according to work instructions and production requirements.
• Operate production tools, equipment and machines correctly and safely.
• Carry out product assembly, inspection, packaging and other assigned production activities.
• Ensure products meet required quality standards and report any abnormalities or defects promptly.
• Follow production procedures, quality requirements and workplace safety rules.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping at the workstation in accordance with 5S requirements.
• Complete production records accurately as required.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Perform other production-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• relevant manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Able to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Responsible, disciplined, careful and willing to learn.
• Good teamwork and attendance.
• Able to perform repetitive production work and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Training will be provided.
