Production Operator

**We are hiring for temporary positions, 2-3 month project, with the potential to go to permanent for the right candidate.

Production hours are M-F 7AM- 3:30PM.

This position is 100% onsite because it’s making physical parts - with no option for remote work.**

Forinno, LLC is a contract medical device component manufacturer in Newberg OR.

We are looking for people to make small parts, running custom machines in a pleasant work environment.

Outline of position duties:

• Run manufacturing processes - Small desktop machines making plastic parts for medical devices
• Conduct and document in-process inspection
• Complete training records
• Assist in documentation of new products
• Packaging and labeling & associated tasks
• As typical in a small, entrepreneurial environment, team members will be required to "pitch in" as needed for general operating tasks including (but not limited to) - breaking down boxes, sweeping up work area, maintaining work spaces, etc.

Required skills:

• Must be able to use basic inspection tools (can train)
• Meet part quotas and order deadlines
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Good manual dexterity
• No minimum lifting requirements
• Capable of completing repetitive tasks
• Ability to work under a microscope
• Ability to work with sharp tools such as razor blades
• Willing to follow standard protocols to medical device manufacturing, including dress code & personal grooming requirements. No makeup or heavy lotions, perfumes allowed due to clean room restrictions.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
