What they need
Job Summary:
- Location: Senai, Johor
- Salary: Basic up to RM2300 + Incentives (Meal, Transport, Attendance, Night Shift) + AWS
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (7:30am - 4:30pm / 7:30pm - 4:30am);
Saturday (7:30am - 12:30pm / 7:30pm - 12:30am)
Job Responsibilities:
- Configure, program, and run production equipment to achieve full UPH utilization.
- Monitor machines, evaluate products, and ensure compliance with ISO, WI, and ESD standards.
- Suggest enhancements to machine performance, product quality, and functionality.
- Track hourly output, meet shift deadlines, and report defective products or machinery.
- Check stock levels and report shortages of products or raw materials.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge in machine/jig improvement, PLC programming, basic design, and computer literacy.
- SPM / Certificate / Diploma in a relevant technical field (entry-level applicants welcome).
