About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Production Operators to join our growing manufacturing team.

You will support daily production activities involving steel processing and ducting operations, while ensuring production efficiency, quality, and workplace safety.

This is a hands-on role suitable for individuals who are willing to learn and develop practical manufacturing skills while working alongside experienced supervisors and team members.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily production activities in steel processing and ducting operations.
Operate production machinery and equipment after appropriate training.
Assist with cutting, bending, forming, assembling, and processing materials.
Follow production instructions and work schedules.

Conduct basic quality checks and report defects or issues.
Assist with material handling and movement within the production area.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
Report machine faults, hazards, or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production requirements.
Assist with other production tasks when required.

Requirements
No prior experience or formal education required — training will be provided.
Able to understand basic English instructions.
Willing to work shifts and overtime as scheduled.
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on production work.
Responsible, reliable, and hardworking.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to learn and follow instructions.
Strong commitment to safety and quality.
