Production Operator

We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our Lithium Battery Manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day lithium battery pack production
• Handle cell sorting, matching and pack assembly
• Supervise spot/laser welding and busbar assembly
• BMS installation, wiring and testing
• Conduct battery charging, discharging and performance testing
• Ensure production as per SOP, drawings and quality standards
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues
• Maintain daily production reports and records
• Manage production manpower and achieve daily targets
• Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Purchase and R&D teams
• Maintain safety, 5S and discipline on the production floor

Requirements

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Production Engineering
• 1–3 years experience in lithium battery manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of LFP / NMC battery packs and BMS
• Experience with welding, battery testing and pack assembly
• Good knowledge of electrical safety and battery handling
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹8,902.23 - ₹20,000.00 per month
