Production Operator

Job Overview

We are seeking First and Second-Shift Entry-Level and Experienced Production Operators to join our Medical Device Manufacturing Team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting and/or operating production equipment, and ensuring quality standards including safety are met. You will contribute to a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a medical device facility dedicated to excellence in production. Candidates must be 18+ years old, provide proof of authorization to work in the United States, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and/or support manufacturing equipment or equipment operators safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety standards and protocols.
• Use measuring instruments and manufacturing processes to ensure operation conformance and component fabrication.
• Follow production documents such as work orders, process instructions, and quality checklists to maintain accuracy throughout the manufacturing process.
• Conduct manual handling tasks.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards in production environments.
• Support production by ensuring workflow continuity.

Experience

• Entry-Level and Experienced Manufacturing Operators. On-site training is provided.
• Prior manufacturing facility experience, use of micrometers and following production work orders is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing line operations, or related manual tasks is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
