Produktiviti & Kecekapan

• Mengendalikan mesin dan memastikan sasaran pengeluaran tercapai
• Memantau peralatan dan melakukan pemeriksaan asas

Kualiti Produk

• Mematuhi prosedur dan melakukan pemeriksaan kualiti
• Melaporkan sebarang isu atau kecacatan

Pengurusan Kos

• Mengurangkan pembaziran dan menggunakan sumber dengan cekap

Penghantaran & Rekod

• Memastikan produk siap mengikut jadual
• Menyimpan rekod pengeluaran yang tepat

Kelayakan & Keperluan

Wajib (Must-Have):

• Sijil SPM, Diploma atau setaraf
• Boleh membaca, menulis dan bertutur dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris
• Pengalaman dalam persekitaran pembuatan atau pengeluaran adalah satu kelebihan
• Teliti dan komited terhadap kualiti serta keselamatan

• Kemahiran komunikasi dan kerja berpasukan yang baik
• Pengetahuan asas proses pengeluaran dan operasi mesin
