Production Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment according to company procedures and safety standards.
• Set up, adjust, and monitor machines to ensure proper operation.
• Load and unload automotive parts and materials into machines or designated work areas.
• Inspect finished or processed parts for quality, accuracy, and visible defects.
• Perform basic machine cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance.
• Report machine malfunctions, safety hazards, damaged parts, or production issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of machine operations, production quantities, and materials used.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and warehouse procedures.
• Ensure automotive parts are properly handled, labeled, sorted, and stored to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all workplace health and safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist with other warehouse duties such as picking, packing, loading, unloading, and inventory handling when required.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor or warehouse manager.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating machinery, warehouse equipment, or production equipment is preferred.
• Experience in an automotive parts, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of machine operation, safety procedures, and equipment handling.
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, lift, and move materials for extended periods.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, responsible, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, or holidays when required.

Working Conditions

The Machine Operator will work primarily in an automotive parts warehouse and may be exposed to machinery noise, dust, moving equipment, and varying temperatures. Proper PPE and safety procedures must be followed at all times.
