The site is right next to Sydenham Station, making it one of the most accessible food manufacturing sites in Sydney.

What you'll be doing

This is a hands-on production role where you'll rotate across different parts of the line depending on where you're needed most. Tasks include:

• Weighing and preparing ingredients
• Cooking in large commercial kettles
• Operating an automated filling line (filling tubs with soup and monitoring fill weights)
• Packing finished product into shipping cartons and palletising

No two days are exactly the same, and you'll build a broad set of skills across the production process.

What we're looking for

• Prior experience in food manufacturing, production, or a commercial kitchen is a real advantage
• Comfortable working in a busy environment
• Attention to detail — particularly around hygiene and quality
• A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable across your assigned shift pattern

The details

• Location: Marrickville, Sydney NSW — 50m from Sydenham Station
• Shifts available: 6am–2pm & 2pm–10pm (shift penalties apply)
• Employment Type**:** Casual initially, with the potential to transition to a permanent full-time position based on business needs and performance.
