What they need
We are looking for a Production Operator who will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machines to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machines safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers.
- Check product quality and ensure compliance with production standards.
- Monitor machine performance, perform basic troubleshooting, and report abnormalities.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while meeting production targets.
- Follow company safety policies, procedures, and production standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Technical graduate or at least completed the 2nd year of college
· Preferably Technical/Mechanical with machinery related courses
· At least 1 year experience in machine operation, with basic knowledge of machine tools
· With good analytical skills and can communicate effectively
