Job Overview
Assan Panel is one of the 22 group companies of Kibar Holding and started to operate in 1990 in Istanbul, Turkey. Assan Panel is the leader of the sandwich panel market in Turkey and the largest sandwich panel producer in the Middle East, exporting to more than 85 countries with the production facilities in Turkey, Jordan, Azerbaijan, United Kingdom and sales offices in Hungary. Since 2010, it has achieved a record capacity utilization rate of 85%, which is uncommon in Turkey and the rest of the world, with sales capacity of 24,000,000 m2 of output.

Assan Panel also has polyurethane systems business unit under AssanChem as well as AFG Steel company providing EPCM solutions in building envelope, roof top solar plants, cold rooms and construction of industrial buildings.

We are looking for a Production Operators in Ipswich.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing in a factory environment
• Ability to follow instructions, monitor quality, and manage processes efficiently
• Inspect top and bottom sheets from the trapezoidal line in terms of dimensions, surface quality, and temperature compliance
• Shrink-wrap panels from the cutting section and prepare them for shipment
• Record machine stoppages, monitor spare part requirements, and report to the Supervisor
• Forklift license and overhead crane operation experience is an asset

Eligibility:

• Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK with no restrictions. Proof of Right to Work will be required at the interview stage.
