Production Operator

Job Summary

Support daily production activities to meet output and quality targets in a manufacturing environment while maintaining equipment and workplace cleanliness and reporting issues promptly.

Responsibilities

Support daily production activities to achieve target output and maintain quality standards

Report machine breakdowns or suspected faults promptly to the Production Supervisor for corrective action

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of machines and surrounding work areas to ensure a safe environment

Monitor product quality during production and notify the Production Supervisor of any defects detected

Perform daily housekeeping tasks to maintain an organized and safe workspace

Lift and move materials weighing 15kg to 22kg on an ad hoc basis to support production needs

Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and support team goals

Work overtime as required to meet production demands

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum education qualification: PSLE, lower secondary, N Level, or ITE certificate

Physical fitness to perform manual tasks and handle materials weighing up to 22kg

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Technical qualification related to manufacturing or production processes

Previous working experience in a manufacturing environment

Demonstrated initiative, drive, and commitment as a team player
