Production Operator

Job Summary JX Advanced Metals USA is looking for dependable and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our manufacturing team in Mesa, Arizona. In this role, you will operate production equipment, monitor product quality, and support daily manufacturing activities in a safe and efficient manner.

What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment according to established procedures.
• Maintain production rates while meeting quality and safety standards.
• Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet specifications.
• Identify and report equipment, quality, or safety concerns.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to keep production running smoothly.
• Accurately complete production records and documentation.
• Follow work instructions, operating procedures, and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and participate in training as needed.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• 1st Shift and 2nd Shift opportunities available
• Overtime may be required based on production schedules and business needs

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
• Regularly use hands and arms to operate equipment and handle materials.
• Occasionally lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moving equipment, moderate noise levels, and varying temperatures.
