Production Operator

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Work under the guidance of Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties

according to the standard procedure and in timely manner.

2. Perform regular check of tools and equipment before executing the job orders to identify any replacements or malfunctions and repairs required as to ensure production capacity and quality.

3. Perform production process and operate tools, equipment and facility safely and effectively to prevent wastage of direct and indirect material, and damage of parts.

4. Recommend process improvements (Teian) to enhance operational efficiency and safety.

5. Provide assistance to junior operators in their assigned responsibilities.

6. Follow safety procedures and company policies for safe working environment.

7. Contribute to waste management programs and follow the waste disposal procedure.

8. Identify and report unsafe operations or any abnormality to Supervisor immediately.

9. Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized (5S).

QUALIFICATIONS/ WORK EXPERIENCES

1. Qualifications

Minimum requirement is PMR/SPM. Candidate without PMR but able to read and write may be considered.

2. Knowledge and experiences

Candidate without working experience is accepted. Added advantage for those with working experiences in production or manufacturing company.

3. Soft skills or personal attributes & personality traits needed

Strong teamwork spirit and able to adapt and willing to work with team members from various countries and cultures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
