What they need
Minimum Requirements:
- At least High School graduate (Junior or Senior High)
- Able to work on shifting schedule
- Able to stand, lift (10-15 kgs. on average), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Attentive to details and can work well with a team.
Job Summary:
- Daily checks machines and properly reports any unsafe conditions in the work area
- Ensures that all quality checkpoints are met during production
- Reports any abnormality on the machine, material that may affect tire quality
- Properly reports output as well as problems encountered during operation
- Maintains and properly implements 5’s in the work area
