Production Operator

Qualifications:

·      Graduate of 2-3 years of Technical or Vocational Course

·      Basic background on Instrumentation & Control, Electrical & Mechanical

·      Computer Literate

·      Physical Requirements – possess adequate fitness and stamina

General Responsibilities:

• Oversees the full production process of a manufacturing plant

• Monitors equipment to ensure the quality, efficiency, and safety of the plant

• Conducts continuous inspection of all key process points

• Ensures that the products being produced meet all specifications

• Gathers samples for laboratory analysis and perform quality control analyses

• Responsible for maintaining detailed reports of operations

• Updates process logbooks with activities and process adjustments made, noting any issues encountered and measures taken

• Responsible for the safe operation, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment

• Maintains a high standard of safety in the workplace

• Consistently follow a set timeline to ensure orders were met

• Ensures that all health and safety regulations were upheld with the most recent changes

• Ensures areas are clean and within 5S and GMP standard

• Handles Process Machine Operations (Startup to Shutdown)

• Checking of in-process Product quality on the stated frequency

• Monitor, adjust & check Operational parameters and maintain optimum utilization

• Instruct production workers(OSP) and ensure that they perform their duties

• Updates Cleaning checklist

• Ensure availability of materials and initiate requisitions

• Filling out of checklist and log sheet

Daily Reports

o   Line events recording according to OEE and SOP

o   Shift process log sheets recording with the actual parameters

o   Accomplish operational rounds checklist
