Production Operator

Based on its local manufacturing hub in the United States, InnotionTech USA performs a variety of manufacturing processes, primarily focusing on the surface treatment and coating of industrial precision rolls and related components.

As we expand our U.S. operations, we are looking for dedicated and responsible Production Operators to grow with us. We warmly welcome applicants with manufacturing site experience or those eager to learn new technologies.

[Job Summary]

We are looking for a Production Operator to work at our Weirton plant. This position will handle core manufacturing processes on-site, including component assembly, surface treatment (sandblasting), dimensional inspection using precision measuring equipment, and finishing (polishing).

[Key Responsibilities]

• Perform repair machinery and component assembly.
• Operate sandblasting equipment for metal surface preparation and treatment.
• Conduct inspections using precision measuring equipment for thickness and joint/bonding measurements.
• Perform polishing and surface finishing on manufactured parts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

[Qualifications & Requirements]

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial plant environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a diligent work ethic.

[Work Schedule & Shifts]

• Regular Schedule: Day shift (Monday – Friday, 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM).
• Flexibility: Night shifts and overtime may be required based on production volume.

[Pay & Benefits]

• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour during the 3-month probationary period, increasing to $20.00 per hour upon successful completion.
• Benefits: Paid time off (PTO), Health insurance.

[Additional Information]

• Background check and drug screening are required prior to employment.
• Interview Schedule: Expected in mid-October (tentatively October 19th and 20th).
• Start Date: Hiring candidates available to start working in November.
• Remote work: Not available (On-site position required).

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 48.0 per week
