Production Operator

What's This Role About?

The Production Operator is responsible for carrying out production activities to ensure products are manufactured according to company standards, quality requirements, and production schedules. The role involves handling materials, performing product inspections, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out daily production activities according to work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assemble, process, pack, and label products according to specifications.
• Record daily production output and complete relevant production documents accurately.
• Handle materials and products carefully to prevent damage and wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area.
• Follow company policies, workplace safety procedures, and quality control requirements.
• Assist with stock counting, material preparation, and product changeover activities when required.
• Cooperate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth production operations.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
• Able to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Physically fit to perform production tasks as required.
• Workplace safety awareness.
