Machine Operator

We are currently seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team!

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring machinery operates efficiently, production targets are met, and products are manufactured to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Set up machines and make adjustments as required.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Perform routine quality checks and report any defects or issues.
• Identify and report machine faults or equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Keep the production area clean, organised, and safe.
• Assist with packing, labelling, and general production duties as required.

About You

• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
• Willingness to learn new processes and operate different machinery.
