Production Operator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Operate production machines according to established SOPs and work instructions.

·  Carry out production processes.

·  Perform basic inspection and ensure products meet the required quality standards.

·  Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.

·  Check materials and products for defects during the production process.

·  Record production and inspection information accurately.

·  Handle raw materials, work-in-progress and finished products properly.

·  Ensure proper product identification and traceability throughout the production process.

·  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area according to 5S requirements.

·  Follow all company safety rules, procedures and PPE requirements.

·  Report any production problems to the Production Supervisor.

·  Perform other production-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

REQUIREMENTS

·  Minimum SPM or equivalent.

·  Fresh applicants and candidates without manufacturing experience are welcome to apply.

·  Manufacturing or production experience is an advantage but not required.

·  Willing to learn and follow instructions.

·  Responsible, punctual, disciplined and able to work as part of a team.

·  Able to work on a 12-hour shift system.

·  Good attention to detail, especially when handling and inspecting small components.

·  Previous experience in electronics, battery, semiconductor or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
