Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Operator to support battery recycling and production activities within our recycling plant. The role involves operating and monitoring equipment, handling materials and finished products, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring safe and efficient plant operations. The successful candidate will also support housekeeping (5S), continuous improvement initiatives, and comply with all safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and recycling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform battery pre-processing, recycling preparation, and material handling activities.
• Handle product collection, packaging, and transfer of production materials.
• Conduct routine equipment checks, start-up, shutdown, flushing, and changeover activities.
• Carry out basic maintenance, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production and operational records.
• Adhere to all company safety, environmental, quality, and security requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Team Leader or Production Supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary School education.
• Valid Singapore WSQ Forklift Operator Certificate.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and equipment operating procedures.
• Able to perform manual handling and work in a plant/manufacturing environment.
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply; comprehensive training will be provided.
