Production Operator

We are hiring Production Operators to support daily manufacturing and processing activities at an edible oil manufacturing facility in Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor.

The ideal candidates should be responsible, safety-conscious and able to follow production procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out production and edible oil processing activities according to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Operate production machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct basic quality inspections to ensure products meet the required standards.
• Assist with basic testing, product inspections and rework activities when defects are identified.
• Pack finished products properly for storage or delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and organization in the workplace according to 5S practices.
• Follow all workplace safety rules and operating procedures.
• Report any machine malfunctions, product defects or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Complete assigned production tasks according to operational requirements.
• Perform other production-related duties as instructed by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizens only.
• Male candidates only, as specified for this vacancy.
• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Able to speak, read and write.
• Willing to work according to the assigned work schedule and shift requirements.
• Able to stand for extended periods during working hours.
• Able to follow SOP, safety procedures and work instructions.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work in a team.
• Previous manufacturing experience is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Working days: Monday – Saturday.
• Working hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Break 1: 12:00 PM – 12:45 PM.
• Break 2: 3:00 PM – 3:15 PM.
• Overtime (OT) starts after 4:00 PM, depending on operational requirements.

Salary

• Basic salary: RM1,700 per month.
• Estimated monthly earnings: RM1,700 – RM2,700+, depending on overtime and applicable allowances.

Allowances

• Night shift allowance: RM5 per day, subject to company terms and conditions.
• Transportation allowance: RM5 per day, subject to company terms and conditions.
• Overtime opportunities, subject to operational requirements.
