Your Role
At our SLC FairFactory—an industrial facility dedicated to the mechanical recycling of carbon-fiber-based composites—you will join a versatile production team.
As part of your job, you will receive training and be expected to work at various production stations in the factory (cutting, machining, recycling, molding, quality control, packaging)—depending on the workshop’s needs. This versatility allows you to develop your skills across the entire manufacturing chain and contribute directly, at every stage, to the development of a more sustainable industry.
About the Team
You will report to the Team Leader, who is responsible for your day-to-day operational management on the shop floor. You will also report to the Production Supervisor & Management Team, who are responsible for your professional development and the team’s performance.
Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for operating various industrial machinery to process carbon fiber prepreg material. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to follow instructions carefully. If you are looking to start your career in manufacturing and are comfortable with physical tasks, we encourage you to apply!

- You report any anomalies to your team leader
- You maintain and clean the workstation (5s)
3/ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- You adhere to established work standards to help identify potential issues
- You investigate the causes of issues and propose improvements
- You participate in the implementation of new ideas
- You clearly document the various ideas proposed and the results achieved
Desired Qualifications
- No degree required: what matters is your interest in automated production lines and your willingness to learn (we provide training on our processes). Previous experience in industrial production is a plus.
- You’re a versatile, organized, independent, and self-motivated person who enjoys working as part of a team and knows how to take initiative while respecting the chain of command and safety protocols.
- You’re proficient using computers.

- Forklift and overhead crane certification a plus (training provided on site)
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, securely pack, and dispatch customer orders in accordance with company shipping timelines.
