Where You'll Make a Difference

• Work to the highest standards of personal safety and food safety.
• Pack finished products in line with customer requirements and quality standards.
• Support stock control activities and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and batch ingredients for production processes.
• Operate and monitor spray drying equipment and powder production processes.
• Ensure production activities are completed within established quality, timing, and cost standards.
• Report equipment and plant issues promptly to the Engineering team.
• Carry out basic maintenance and housekeeping activities. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team problem-solving activities.

• Experience working within a production, process, manufacturing, or packing environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
• Ability to follow procedures and work accurately in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and a consistent approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing responsibilities independently.
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience within a food manufacturing environment.
• Counterbalance forklift truck licence. Experience supporting basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
