Position Summary

Profab Electronics, Inc is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Production Operator to join our quality manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the assembly and production of electronic circuit assemblies while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, efficiency, and workmanship.

This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow detailed work instructions, and a commitment to producing quality products. The Production Operator will work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other departments to ensure products are assembled accurately and meet customer and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electronic assembly and production tasks according to established work instructions and procedures.
• Assemble, inspect, and handle electronic components and circuit assemblies as required.
• Inspect completed work to ensure products meet quality and workmanship requirements.
• Identify and report defects, discrepancies, or quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor or Quality personnel.
• Follow established ESD, safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
• Properly handle electronic components and materials to prevent damage or contamination.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production work area.
• Meet established production schedules and quality standards.
• Work effectively with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other departments.
• Assist with other production and manufacturing duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Applicants must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).
• Experience in electronics, assembly, production, or similar manufacturing operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work with small components and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow all company safety, quality, and ESD procedures.
