🏭 Production Operator (Day & Night Shift)

💰 Salary

• $12/hour
• Night Shift Allowance: $22 per shift
• Overtime Pay (Optional)
• Up to $2,500 Completion Bonus upon successful completion of a 1-year contract

📅 Contract Duration

• Minimum 6 Months or 1 Year

🕒 Working Hours

• 4 Days Work, 3 Days Off
• 3 Days Work, 4 Days Off (Rotating Schedule)

Day Shift

• 7:45am – 7:55pm

Night Shift

• 7:45pm – 7:55am

Job Responsibilities

• Rotate across 6 workstations to perform final packaging of contact lens products.
• Pack flat packs into individual boxes before placing completed boxes into cartons.
• Operate packaging machines, including loading boxes for heat-shrink wrapping.
• Perform customised packaging according to customer requirements.
• Conduct visual quality inspections to ensure products meet quality standards before packing.
• Follow safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area.

Requirements

• Able to commit to a minimum 6-month or 1-year contract.
• Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts, including night shifts (for night shift roles).
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Detail-oriented for visual quality inspection.
• Manufacturing or production experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
