Production Operator - Evening Shift

This is role is advertised for the evening shift, starting from 4pm and hours of work are open to negotiation.

About the role

You will be responsible for operating the BiG bottling plant in Singapore, including bottle cleaning, filtration, fill levels, capping, expiration date labelling, and storage. You will operate the bottling plant as per established protocols, maintain a tidy and clutter-free production area, handle production and supply, and make recommendations on process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the BiG bottling plant in Singapore, including bottle cleaning, filtration, adequate fill levels, capping, expiration date labelling, and storage
• Keep the bottling area tidy and clutter-free, immediately report any hazards and escalate if needed
• Handle production, supply, and stock, as well as recommendations on process improvements
• Ensure maintenance of the production site as per established protocols and troubleshooting as required
• Ensure quality, hygiene and respect all safety standards in production and service to customers, establish and implement sanitizing procedures as well as HACCP plan
• Ensure strict adherence to Singapore Food Agency (SFA) food safety and hygiene standards
• Coordinate daily production requirements and delivery with team leader
• Prepare, document and manage the logistics of deliveries and inventory return
• Train and supervise the production operation team on premise or remote
• Manage entries and updates of production records in designed software as instructed (Sales Force / NetSuite / Bamboo)

About you

• Responsible to upkeep personal training requirements WSQ certificates in good order
• Able to ensure prompt reporting of non-compliance matters to team leader
