Duties

• Operate and monitor food production machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
• Follow strict HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols to uphold food safety standards
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and production areas to identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly
• Assist in preparing ingredients and packaging materials according to specified procedures
• Maintain accurate records of production quantities, quality checks, and safety inspections
• Support cleaning and sanitation processes to ensure a hygienic work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, checking quantities, and recording data accurately
• Mechanical knowledge or experience with manufacturing equipment is highly desirable
• Understanding of food safety practices, including HACCP principles, is preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain focus in a fast-paced setting
• Strong commitment to food safety standards and workplace safety protocols
• Prior experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus but not required
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed to support continuous production operations
