Production Operator (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Operator to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations by safely operating production equipment in compliance with cGMP, quality, and safety standards. This is a safety-sensitive position subject to random drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and disassemble manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Operate tablet compression, encapsulation, and packaging lines per Batch Records and cGMP.
• Perform in-process testing and accurately complete production documentation.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment and process issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Communicate issues or deviations to supervision promptly.
• Track inventory using the ERP system.
• Complete required training and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing experience preferred (pharmaceutical experience a plus).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills required.
• Comfortable standing for long periods, repetitive work, and lifting up to 50 kg.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or 5S is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.03 - $28.93 per hour
