The Opportunity
We're seeking a Production Operator to run and support our multi-lane powder stick pack line. This role is essential to daily production. You'll make sure equipment runs safely, products meet quality standards, and production targets. You will also be involved in leading and making improvements on your line.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll work closely with Maintenance, Quality, and Production Leadership to keep the line running efficiently and correctly.

What You'll Do

Operate multi-lane stick pack filling and sealing equipment safely and efficiently
Perform in-process quality checks (weight checks, seal/leak tests, print verification) and document results accurately
Troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues (film tracking, seal jaw temps, powder flow) and escalate when needed
Follow GMPs, safety procedures, and quality standards at all times
Support changeovers, allergen cleanings, line clearances, and preventive maintenance
Communicate clearly with teammates, leads, and supervisors
Participate in continuous improvement and efficiency projects

Experience Requirements
1–3+ years in manufacturing, packaging, or production preferred
No degree required. Consistency, discipline, and character matter most
Familiarity with GMPs, food safety, or regulated manufacturing preferred
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment
Able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work on your feet for long periods
